The extension seems disconnected
The extension window asks you to log in, shows “Not synced” or does nothing. What to check, in order.
Go through these checks in order, and reopen the extension window (the Podavera icon in Chrome's toolbar) after each one.
Is the extension installed and enabled?
Open chrome://extensions in Chrome. Podavera should be listed with its switch
on. If not, reinstall it from the
Chrome Web Store.
Are you signed in to the app in this Chrome?
If the window says "You need to log in to the web app first.", click Log In and sign in to app.podavera.com in this same browser and Chrome profile. The extension can't see a session opened in another browser or an incognito window.
If you sign out of the app, the extension stops too. If you sign in with another Podavera account, it switches to that account.
Does it see your LinkedIn session?
LinkedIn Session should say Active. With Not synced (and the red dot), sign in to linkedin.com in the same Chrome. See LinkedIn session expired.
Is automatic engagement on?
Auto-Engagement, Auto-Like and Auto-Comment should be on. While LinkedIn Session isn't active, the Auto-Like and Auto-Comment switches are greyed out.
Force a check
Click Force Poll Now. The Last poll time at the bottom of the window updates and Pending Tasks shows the tasks fetched.
Restart the extension
Still nothing? In chrome://extensions, turn Podavera off and on again, or
restart Chrome. Then keep Chrome open: the extension doesn't work while Chrome
is closed or the computer is asleep.
