Connect LinkedIn
The extension links your LinkedIn account to Podavera from your session in Chrome. Check the connection status and disconnect.
There's nothing to copy or paste: once the extension is installed, it reads your LinkedIn session in Chrome and sends it to Podavera, encrypted.
Link your account
- Install the extension and sign in to app.podavera.com in Chrome.
- Sign in to linkedin.com in the same Chrome.
- The extension detects the session and links the account.
A LinkedIn account can be linked to only one Podavera account. See LinkedIn account already linked to another account.
Check the connection status
In the app, at the bottom of the menu, the LinkedIn icon has a dot: green when the account is connected (your name shows next to it), red otherwise, with the label Connect LinkedIn.
For details, open Settings › LinkedIn Connection (app.podavera.com/settings/linkedin):
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | The session is valid: the extension can engage for you. |
| Expired | LinkedIn closed the session. See LinkedIn session expired. |
| Disconnected | No LinkedIn account is linked. |
The card also shows the Last validated date.
Disconnect LinkedIn
On Settings › LinkedIn Connection, click Disconnect. Your pods stop engaging for you until you connect again, and you stop earning credits. Your credits and posts stay as they are.
What Podavera does with your session
The LinkedIn session is only used to like and comment on the posts your pods assign to you. It is stored encrypted. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
