Refunds
When Podavera gives back the credits for a like or a comment that wasn't delivered.
A boost is paid in one go when it starts. Podavera gives back the credits for likes and comments that couldn't be delivered, in two cases.
You cancel a boost
On the post's page, click Cancel Post. Likes and comments already scheduled but not delivered yet are cancelled and their credits are refunded right away: 1 credit per like, 3 per comment. Those already delivered stay on your post and aren't refunded.
Only a Queued or Boosting boost can be cancelled. See Follow a boost.
An action fails
When a member's extension can't like or comment on your post (post deleted, the member's LinkedIn session expired…), the task is retried. After 3 failed attempts, its cost is refunded to you automatically.
Find a refund
Each refund shows in Credits › Transaction History with the type Refund and the amount returned.
